Trip to Wigtown

I have finally set out for Wigtown, taking advantage of the fact that the robbers and bandits that moved into the County upon its founding are busy arguing about laws with which they can agree in the Highlands Hall. Ironic.

I have bought some new trousers for the occassion, and managed to save enough fodder for my pigs and bread for myself that I and my animals should not starve. I have only about 1p to my name however. Ah well, all for MacTavish!

I have made arrangements to meet leaders of the O'Broins, Murrays and Kennedys (as expected, the Sinclairs ignored my offer to meet with them). I will try and meet with O'Broin and Kennedy separately, as I don't know the nature of the relations between them. I'll fit in Murray where I can, as they are a relatively minor clan. The other two are around our size. O'Broins are concentrated entirely in Wigtown, Kennedys have members everywhere except Whithorn.

Whilst in Wigtown, I intend to search out others of our clan. Access to the town noticeboard will facilitate this I hope.

Finally, I will be dropping in to see Vermelaine's cousin, Vesperal, to give her Vermelaine MacTavish's regards. Vermelaine is our most recently discovered kin. Pay no heed to her french accent, 'tis MacTavish blood true which flows in her.
